Setting up the LMS for you.

## Onboarding

Setting up a new LMS, or migrating from a previous one, can be overwhelming. Learning a new LMS,
while simultaneously setting up your training program, is challenging at the best of times.

Thinking Cap's onboarding team takes the guesswork out of the setup, handling tasks such as
importing your data, setting up activities, and mapping out your learner journey as part of our
onboarding process.

Many of the organizations we work with are transitioning from an existing LMS to Thinking Cap
LMS. Our onboarding process includes migration support to help you move your training programs,
user data, and reporting history with minimal disruption. Whether you are coming from an
open-source platform, a legacy LMS, or a SaaS learning tool, we will guide your team through a
smooth and secure migration.

We will meet your team every two weeks to facilitate each of the following tasks, document your
LMS set-up, and train our support team on the nuance of your training program.

premium support, and no tiered service levels to manage. Our team is available to respond to all
